How can I request a refund or credit for my NPE 2021 registration?

No action is needed on your part. Refunds will be processed on your behalf.

How can I cancel my hotel reservations if I already booked?

If you booked hotel accommodations in the NPE 2021 hotel block via our official housing vendor, Eventsphere, your reservation will be automatically canceled. If you booked a hotel reservation outside the Eventsphere system and the NPE block, you must cancel/transfer your hotel reservation on your own.

How can I cancel my flight?

Many airlines are offering waived change fees at this time. If you have already booked your flight, we recommend canceling as soon as possible.

How do I get a refund on fees already paid for NPE 2021?

We will be sending you an electronic form for completion where you can specify what to do with your funds.

 

Will my 2021 sponsorships roll over to 2022?

Yes, we would love for you to continue your sponsorship in 2022, but these will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Your account executive will be in touch.

I paid for staff badges. Can I receive a refund?

Reserving a booth for NPE 2022

How do I reserve a booth for NPE 2022?

Your account executive will be in touch with you in March to reserve a booth.

 

Do I need to make a deposit to secure my booth?

As is normal procedure, we will be asking for a 10% deposit upon signing of your contract to secure your space. If you need more time for your deposit, please talk to your account executive about payment plan options.

Do I have to get the same booth for NPE 2022, or can I select a different location/size?

We will work with any company that wants to change their booth size for NPE.

When can I expect the Call for Speakers for NPE 2022?
